City Clerk Office
The City Clerk's Office provides customer service in the issuance of business licenses, collection of revenues, maintain public records in partnership with other City departments, oversees the City's election process, acts as official recorders of all City Council meetings and work sessions, and provides risk management services while evaluating the City's insurance needs.

Human Resources Division
The Division is responsible for the administration of the Personnel Rules and Regulations; recruitment, selection, retention, and training of employees; employee relations; maintenance of the classification and compensation plans; payroll administration; and employee benefits program. The Human Resources Division promotes equitable and cooperative relationships throughout the City government.

The Information Technology Division is an enterprise information and technology services organization that provides responsive, quality, and cost-effective information technology solutions and services to all city departments. The division serves as the point of contact for information systems standards, implementation, and management.

The Procurement Division is a service/delivery unit responsible for material, equipment, and service acquisition; construction projects; inventory management; and surplus disposal.
