Mission Statement

The Division is responsible for the administration of the Personnel Rules and Regulations; recruitment, selection, retention, and training of employees; employee relations; maintenance of the classification and compensation plans; payroll administration; and employee benefits program. The Human Resources Division promotes equitable and cooperative relationships throughout the City government.
