Take this opportunity to submit your nomination for the Sierra VistAbility Business or Organization Awards.
The award can be awarded to any business or organization which meets the following criteria:
Eligibility: The recipient has displayed in some manner, either in words or in actions, a higher level of interest in accommodating and supporting customers/citizens of varying needs/limitations over and above what is required.
The Commission on Disability Issues will review the nominations and make the final decision. The recipient will receive a certificate and recognition in the newspaper.
Mission Statement: The Commission on Disability Issues (CoDI) serves the Mayor and City Council of Sierra Vista by assisting, advising, and acting as a liaison between them and the disabled population, by educating the public, and by advocating for disability issues within the community.
